2 TBS Brown Sugar
1 yellow golden delicious apple, coarsely chopped.
2 light life italian sausages, coarsely chopped.

In a small bowl, mix 2 TBS brown sugar, 1 tsp vegetable boullion, and 1/3 cup water.

In a large skillet, brown rice and sausage in butter.
After rice and sausage are browned, add water and seasonings as directed on Rice-a-roni box.

Remove from heat, add chopped apple, cover.

Remove squash from oven after 30 min, flip. brush with brown sugar mix, and pour remaining mix into holes.  Cook upright for 10 min.
